About Us

T.E.C. Building Services (N/W) Co. Ltd. was founded by the current managing director Terry on completion of his formal building training with Manchester City Council in 1987, later becoming a limited company in 1997.

The company has developed steadily in the 20 years since forming and our strength lies in our unique blend of traditional, 'time served', qualified tradesmen and 'hands on' management style.

Company policy dictates a strong commitment to performance, quality, teamwork and communication to ensure full client satisfaction on the completion of our building projects.
